Mint in Time - The Rye - Baltimore, MD




Drink Ingredients:
  • 2 oz of Bourbon (your choice)
  • 3/4 oz of Barenjager (honey liquer)
  • 3/4 oz of Honey Syrup
  • 10 mint leaves
Drink Preparation:

  • Muddle mint in Od Fashioned glass with honey syrup.
  • Add ice preferably 2x2 if you have it.
  • Top with Barenjager and Bourbon stir
Enjoy!

Orchard Punch - Fork and Wrench - Baltimore,MD


Drink Ingredients:
  • Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
  • Crispin Hard Cider 3 oz.
  • Crabbie's Ginger Beer 3 oz.
  • Lime
  • Cinnamon Sugar
Drink Preparation:
  • run the lime around the rim of the glass and then coat glass with cinnamon sugar.
  • squeeze the lime.
  • Pour the ingredients in a 12 oz glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime and enjoy.
I for one am not a big fan of ginger beer, yet I enjoyed this drink. So that tells you how well Fork and Wrench makes their drinks and how good this drink tastes!

The Gold Rush - Kettle Hill - Baltimore,MD



Drink Ingredients:
  • .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .75 oz Honey Syrup
  • 2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
Drink Preparation:
  • Add all ingredient to a shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Using a hawthorne strainer, strain and pour contents over (2) 2x2 ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
  • Garnish with lemon peel.

Baltimore Fizz from Bad Decisions in Baltimore



Drink Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz of Old Tom Gin
  • 1 oz of Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz  of lemon juice juice
  • 1/2 oz of lime juice
  • 1/2 oz of Aperol
  • 1/2 oz of Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz of egg white
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • soda to fill
Drink Preparation:
  • Add all of the ingredients, except for soda in a glass. Then shake vigorously. Then add ice and shake again. Pour into a pint on the rocks and add soda to fill.
Drink carefully goes down like water.

Escape from Alcatraz- The Rye





Drink Ingredients:
  • 1 teasoon peeled, grated fresh ginger
  • 3 orange slices
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • 2 oz. Bulleit Rye
  • ice cubes
Drink Preparation:
  • Muddle ginger, orange slices and lemon juice in cocktail shaker.
  • Add Cointreau and whiskey and shake well with ice.
  • Double strain into an ice filled Old Fashioned glass and garnish with orange slice.
  • Enjoy!!
