Monkeys Paw - The Rye Fells Point Baltimore,MD


Drink Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Don Q Anejo Rum
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 1/2 oz creme de cacao
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
Drink Preparations:
  • Pour ice in glass to chill glass
  • Pour all ingredients in shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously, dump ice out of chilled glass
  • Pour drink into glass using hawthorne strainer.
Drink carefully, goes down easy and quickly.

Hard Times Sundae- Kettle Hill


Drink Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Cranberry Cordial
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime *
  • .5 oz Fresh Tangerine Juice * Image
  • Bar Spoon Passion Fruit Puree *
  • 1.5 oz Brugal Anejo Rum
Mix: 1oz of pre‐mix (includes limetangerine and passion
fruit juice) ***
Drink Preparations
  • Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Using a hawthorne strainer, strain and pour contents in an old fashion glass, fill with crushed ice. Garnish with a tangerine wedge.
  • Ice: Crushed Ice
  • Glass: Old Fashion

Buffalo Soldier - Of Kettle Hill Baltimore, MD

 
Drink Ingredients:
  • .5 oz of simple syrup*
  • .5 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz of Ramazzotti Amaro*
  • .5 oz of Carpano Antica Vermouth*
  • 1.5 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon*
  • Float .5 oz of Guiness
Mix- pour 3 oz. of pre-mix (includes simple syrup, Ramazzotti, Carpano Antica and Woodford Reserve)***

Drink Preparations:
  • Add all ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake vigorously.
  • Using a hawthorn strainer, strain and pour contents over 2 2x2 ice cubes in an old fashion glass.
  • Float Guinness on top of the drink and garnish with a Lemon Wheel.
