  •  Muddle Strawberries then add Cinnamon Brown Sugar Syrup are then aside.
  • add egg white mix with Lime juice into a shaker. Then dry shake, the lime juice kills the bacteria in the egg white. Then add the muddled strawberries, add the 1.5 oz. of Hendricks Gin, the 1 dash of Black Walnut Bitters and 2 bar spoons of Aged Balsamic Vinegar.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake.
  • Dump ice out of Cocktail glass, then double strain.
  • Garnish with the top of a Strawberry.
Side Notes: To make the Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Simple Syrup. Take a litre of water boil with 3-5 cinnamon sticks. Then strain off after it comes to a boil. The water level will less after boiling and straining off. So add the equal amount of Brown sugar to the left over water.

A bar spoon is equivalent to a teaspoon so if you do not have a bar spoon handy, use a teaspoon for the Aged Balsamic Vinegar.

Tasha Brecht is the creator of this great summer cocktail. Tasha has made several cocktails for us already, they have all been unique and delicious. Her last cocktail was the Blueberry Pisco, which was a piece of art. Tasha is already playing behind the bar thinking of new drinks, so when in Baltimore, stop in The Willow and ask Tasha to make one of her cocktails.

  1. Great drink, I made it at home and loved it! That bartender is smokin, did she ever work at Secrets in Ocean City, Maryland?
