Now that winter is officially here, here is a drink to warm you up!
Drink Ingredients:
- 1 oz of 151 proof rum
- Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 a cup of hot coffee
- 1/2 oz of Kahlua
- Lightly whipped and sweetened heavy cream
- Coat the rim of a thick wineglass with sugar, add rum and light the rum.
- Twirl the glass as you sprinkle the fire with cinnamon.
- Once the sugar is carmelized around the rim of the glass, pour the coffe into the glass this is will put the fire out.
- Add the Kahlua and whipped cream.
Be careful not to burn yourself!
