- 1 1/2 oz. to 2 oz. of Pikesville Rye.
- 2 dashes of Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit bitters.
- Goya Ginger beer.
- Add ice to Rocks glass, then Pikesville Rye.
- Add the 2 dashes of Bitters.
- Top off with Goya Ginger Beer.
- Stir.
